Oliver Fire Department would like to better prepare our firefighters and other emergency response personnel with information pertinent to your residence. We ask you to print out and fill out this form and mail it to the fire station, with attention to Capt. Andy Marsh. This information becomes more valuable during times of emergencies like power outages, fires or other emergencies that may arise unexpectedly, to which we will respond. You may also save this to your documents and send as an attachment via e-mail to Capt. Marsh at ffanjemt2@msn.com, using Pre-Response Plan in the subject box. You may also contact Capt.
